Puzzled

This weeks word was puzzled so i drew a picture that is a riddle its not hard to figure out here it is in steps a usual.

 This me sketching out my idea trying to put it all together

 This a ink outline so I can trace to the watercolor paper I also used a non-photo pencil to get an idea of how I wanted to shade it.

 This is the finished watercolor I think its my best one yet.

Vocal

This weeks word was vocal I didn't do the process this time I was gonna colour it but I liked the way it looked in black and white so I kept it that way.

Illustration Techniques

I practiced some illustration techniques here is my process.

Swamp

This is my watercolor for last weeks illustration Friday sorry to all my fans out there that I couldn't get it posted sooner. I chose the creature from the black lagoon for my illustration this week for the word swamp. Hope you enjoy.

Shades

This is my ruff sketch of the family of owls I did for shades

 This is the ink tracing i used to transfer it to the water-colour I put sunglasses on it since the word is shades.

Yield

So this weeks word was yield and last week I did the stripper thing and someone (Patrice) said it seemed like I was scared of doing the vagina so this weeks post is for her and her husband. Catch phrase YIELD!!! it may be easy going in but its pretty much impossible to get out. I started with a ruff sketch then put it on my water colour paper did the outline inking then did some black watercolour shading the finally i finished it with colour.

Intention

This weeks word was intentions so I thought good intentions that go wrong. So I drew a stripper  cause there just just stripping to pay for college and then they get hooked on the money and/or drugs and they keep doing it

This is my finished painting I tried to make the painting and brush strokes look dirty like a strip club. I also decided to ditch the banner and let the art speak for itself.

Suspense

I choose to do Michael Myers from Halloween as my piece for suspense because whats more suspenseful then a slasher film. I hope you enjoy

Forward

This is my koi fish for the word forward the koi swims up stream to become a dragon so I thought it was suiting for the word forward cause the koi is moving forward in its life. I put all of my process so you could see how I made my water color.
